4) WINNER:  The winning entry will be selected by random drawing when 1000 entries have been recieved. The winner will be notified by email. No refund will be given; no changes can be made to the package. Prize will not be withheld to a later date. Alternate winner will be selected in the event the prize cannot be awarded to the winner drawn.
