Hockessin Dining Guide Hockessin is a crossroads on the way to Lancaster from Wilmington and the Brandywine Valley. It's right down the road from Yorklyn and the Garrett Snuff Mills and a short drive from Kennett Square on the winding country road, Rt. 82. If you have a mind, Hockessin Corner is well worth a visit with its restaurants, shops and, of course, the amazing, appropriately named, "Everything but the Kitchen Sink".
